What do you do when your sons go overseas? You start a new company! That’s what happened to us.
Before the boys left, we were sitting around the kitchen table and the family discussion turned to cold hands and cell phones. How do we stay warm and connected while enjoying the great outdoors? We designed our own mitts.
While others walked around with their mittens in their mouth, we were toasty warm.
Our friends wanted them, their friends and so on… 5 Canucks was born!
With a lot of hard work and determination and imagination and the ‘TEXTING GENERATION’ designing them, we were able to create a mitten that is functional, fashionable, colorful, and best of all ‘TEENAGER APPROVED’!
Starting 5 Canucks is just what we needed while we waited for the boys to come home. Now the whole family works together to make the mittens everyone’s wearing.
